Social media policies
With its designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center and non-profit agency independent from St. Mary’s Medical Center, Marillac Clinic brought in RSM to help re-brand the organization. We started with an in-depth brand analysis and ensuing strategy that defined who they are and what “space” they occupy in the healthcare marketplace. From there, we worked to develop a new name that capitalizes on existing brand equity while better defining Marillac as a full scope provider of health care services beyond the “safety net clinic.” We designed a new logo, wrote a new tagline, and collaborated heavily in the design and development of a new website ahead of the brand launch. We also developed and managed TV, radio, print, and video production, as well as collateral materials, signage, and social media policies.
