Pioneers Medical Center

Founded in Meeker in 1950, Pioneers Medical Center has evolved from a small acute-care hospital into a comprehensive healthcare facility providing a broad range of primary care, surgical care, specialty care, therapies and long-term care services.

In early 2017, PMC looked to RSM to provide marketing, public relations and communications expertise to help educate the public, promote new services lines, and position the hospital for future growth.

We began with an analysis and update of PMC’s current marketing infrastructure, redesigning the website, advertising templates and collateral materials to better reflect the PMC brand. Concurrently, we completed a strategic assessment of their key service offerings, putting into a place a three-year strategic plan to allocate marketing resources according to growth priorities.

In 2018 we will begin executing advertising and promotional initiatives to target audiences identified in the strategic analysis with the goal of modifying patient behavior, increasing public awareness of specialized services, and boosting brand recognition.
